GoodWorks CoWork was started as an experiment by the founders of GoodWorkLabs – a UX company in order to venture into the real estate business. We helped the business sell out their pilot coworking centre of just 3000 Sq Ft. within 3 months and fill another 3 centres of over 25,000 sq ft and 1000 seats in the first year of its launch.
